All bids will be considered a legally binding contract to purchase.
Payment must be made on or before 14th April 2012.
Please note bids which fall below the minimum requirement will not be accepted.

The stallion coverings offered in this auction are available for the 2012 breeding season.

The coverings will be either natural or AI, chilled semen, as per arrangement with the stud owner.
Please refer to the stallion owner for specific details.

If a covering cannot be used in the 2012 breeding season, please contact the stallion owner to ascertain if alternative arrangements are possible.

The Stallion Covering Auction 2012 will be conducted by sealed bid only.

A bidder may bid on any number of stallion coverings.

The minimum bid for each stallion will be 50% of the stud fee listed unless otherwise specified.

Bids can be made in £’s sterling or € Euros.

For the purpose of this auction 80p sterling = 1 Euro.

Bids will not be accepted after 6pm on 27th March 2012.

Winning bidders will be notified that their bid was successful by 31st March 2012
.
In the event that the highest bid is submitted by more than one person, those bidders will be invited to submit a further bid.

Coverings not paid for by 14th April 2012 will be offered to the second highest bidder.

Bids are for the covering fee only.
The winner will be responsible for any other charges incurred such as transport, mares keep and any applicable veterinary costs.

The fee for Thoroughbred sires is applicable to non TB mares only.

It is the responsibility of the mare owner to ensure that the stud meets his/her requirements.

The IDHS Ltd Northern Ireland accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information given.

The IDHS Ltd Northern Ireland has the right to refuse any bid.

The IDHS Ltd Northern Ireland does not assume liability for any disputes that may arise between bidder and stallion owner.

Any unforeseen issues will be referred to the organising committee.
